autocad basic question

i want to ask a basic question about autocad,

i had a figure in my exam and a question was,

Q) write the commands and parameters.

i want to know what is meant by parameters?

and second question is ,

Q) what is meant by attribute in layers ?

Write what commands? You weren't expected to write every single command and their parameters were you? Or were you just expected to cite one example?

Attributes of layers? I'm not sure if I'd use the word "attributes". I might ask for features or options of layers such as color, linetype, lineweight, on/off, freeze/thaw, lock/unlocked, plot style, plot/no plot and new VP freeze.

the figure was given in the paper and it was written to write its commands and parameters, i dont know what is parameters.

What figure are you talking about?

Parameter

"A reference or value that is passed to a function, procedure, subroutine, command, or program."

My guess is that the example shows an object, and is asking for the AutoCad "commands" used" to create the object and the "parameter" is the value used to define the object

Command: Rectangle

Parameter: 2,2

My thoughts exactly but the OP has yet to produce an image of the figure so we have no idea what we are dealing with.
