Odd occurance - rotating in degrees minutes and seconds

Hey guys,

Kinda new here so please be nice :)

Basically I recorded a macro using the action recorder and for some reason, when typing my ROTATE command and rotating by a set Degrees/Minutes/Seconds (in my case -1d20'44.5" it simply writes 359 ...

does that mean it's rounding the value or simply not displaying the decimals?

When attempting to manually modify the value, it also rounds it to -1 ...

any suggestions?

problem has actually been solved simply by typing

"Units" and setting the document units in d ' " !
