Viewports in 09 civil 3d

how do you set up multiple viewports at different angles in model space, then this view should be sent to your paperspace mode.

I am working on a levee a few miles long that snakes, so my view has to follow the same direction.

I think you should set up your viewports in paper space not in model space. Using MView you can create non-rectangular viewports.

You can automate the process somewhat with view frames. If you have an alignment (or add one), the system will divide it and create frames for you.
