I am working on a large project that involves a lot of office moves.

We have a new center that will be populated from existing offices

and then the existing offices will be taken over by others. What is

the best way to show the new office moves and vacant spaces.???

Assuming you have furniture in both the relocated offices and the ones you call vacant, there are any number of ways to do it. Occupied spaces could be drawn on one layer, vacant on another. You could put the person's name in as a room tag on the occupied ones, and simply say "vacant" on the others. If there is no furniture in the vacant spaces, draw in the furniture in the occupied ones. Rooms that don't have furniture are pretty obviously vacant. Just depends on your (or your boss's) preferences. Just be consistant, make a plan and stick with it.

Yes I do have the furniture on different layers. I need to make a plan that show the existing office and the new office location they are moving to along with the dates of the move.
