Export Revision number - to a Sheet set created drawing register.

Hello all

To give some background, im using sheet set manager to manage my drawings.

Using the 'Sheet list Table' command to export a drawing list from the sheet set manager.

Im able to export the drawing title and drawing number without issue, however I cannot export the revision number.

My title block is an xref, however all the editable attributes for the title block are in a block. The majority of the attributes within this block are fields.

I figure there must be a way to add more options to the Sheet list Table creation window, but I havent got a clue where to start.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

The 'REV' field in the SSM refers to the Drawing - not the sheet. If you want to have a revision field per sheet you will need to add it to the SSM as a custom field. You can then extract this information via the 'Sheet List Table'.

Don't forget that you also can use the 'Data extraction' tool to create a table of data extracted from your title blocks directly - without using the SSM.

Thanks Pablo

None of the custom properties I've created show up in the 'Sheet List Table' which confuses me. The only items im able to select in the Sheet list table dialogue are the 4 standard sheet related attributes and the 11 Drawing related, no others? Is there a way to add more attributes to this list?

Unfortunately data extraction isnt an option, by the end of this project there will be close to a 1000 drawings, using data extraction to monitor folders isnt an option as the drawings for issue are not the only ones we keep within the seperate project files.

Thanks for the reply Pablo
