Attributed titleblock question

I am working on my company's title block and have a question: For some reason the project title exists in two separate locations on the title block but are not linked. So any time an edit needs to be made, it needs to be made twice, and that leaves room for errors. Is there a way to link the two locations so it only needs typed into one field in the attributes editor?

Try Field inside your attributes or you will need to write some lisp
