jaypal21 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 HI I am a graphic designer for my company. We are trying to give our Water Jet machinest some letter artwork for water jet cutting. I have exported my adobe illustrator file several different ways and every time our machinest opens the file he says it's blank. I have set it to outlines and have exported as CAD2000 and have also set it to Render JPEG. Is there something he is not doing when he is to import the file. I am new to the CAD stuff so please let me know. Thanks, Quote

jaypal21 Posted January 20, 2011 Author Posted January 20, 2011 They was able to import my .ai (adobe illustrator) file. I think since his software's background was black, and since the file I sent him was black, he couldnt see it. Thanks, Quote
