bjenk8100 Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 hey all, i dont know how this setting got like this but when im in MS layout and want to draw a line you cant see it while drawing it. It seems to be same color as the white background or something. Once you enter/click second point the line is displayed at correct layer color. I like to edit things in layout so i can see what everything really will plot like. Any ideas? Quote
JPlanera Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Hmmm... As far as I know, you can not change the color of the rubber band line... I will look around, but I wont promise anything. In my layout, the line is faded but i can still see it... Is it completely invisible?? Quote
bjenk8100 Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 the slightest faint of grey, basically youll go blind trying to look for it, the only way i can navigate my lines in this drawing is with snaps. Quote
JPlanera Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Typicallyyou would not want to draw in paperspace, but if you insist... You can change the background of paperspace to a color that will make the line stand out more, if this is something you want... in options / display tab / Colors... change the sheet/layout colors Quote
irneb Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 I beg to differ ... in that Colors... dialog, while the "2D model space" is selected in the Context column, select the "Dynamic Dimension lines" in the "Interface element" column and set the wished for colour. Repeat for the "Sheet / layout" if you want the same to happen when drawing on PS itself. Just make sure you select a colour which would be visible in both the model tab and the PS tab(s). Quote
