clicker Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I am working with several blocks that have an editable attribute. Each block is rotated slightly different than the others. I would like to keep the attributes all aligned so that the text does not get rotated with the block geometry. Is there a way to do this? Quote
SLW210 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 You might be able to use a lisp routine for this, a search might provide one. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/search.php?searchid=356950 Quote
dbroada Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 or look into dynamic blocks. You can give the block but not the attribute a rotate action or the other way round. A LISP routine would probably be simpler though Quote
clicker Posted February 2, 2011 Author Posted February 2, 2011 I'm too novice to be able to write a lisp. I came across the express tool TORIENT which will align block attributes to a common readable angle. Thanks! Quote
