polyline drawn in two different layers

Hello everybody! For a long period I've been having the same problem with drawing... first i have to draw some objects in one layer and then i must copy the on another layer without erasing them from the original layer. My question: is it possible to (with some help of vba or lisp or some other woodoo magic) draw polylines in two different layers at the same time

Does 2006 have the COPYTOLAYER command? So much easier.

And to answer your question re: lisp routine. I doubt something like that exists.

if they all start on the same layer and all copy to another, you might find LAYISO and selectsimilar useful too.

as in, draw it all, isolate that layer, copy what you want to other layer
