learnfast Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 hello to everyone i have been using autocad 2011 for 2 months now so i am a complete novice.i use autocad for timber buildings.sheds. summer house.stabbles.i have learnt a bit about roofs but i can not see how i can draw a timber roof truss any help would be much appreciated.looking forward to your replys. Bill Tillman Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 I do similar kinds of work with 2011. A friend of mine builds outdoor gazebos and waterfalls for higher end residential sites. Here is a rendering I did recently for one of his jobs. I'm still not that good at marrying the rendering into the photo with Photoshop yet but I'm getting better with more practice. It's still an amazing thing to see how something will look before it get's built, indeed before the first shovel of dirt ever flies. Quote
