techshan Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 Hi I am using Auto cad 2007 with KIP 3100 PLOTTER in windows xp professional client pc connected to domain of windows sbs 2003 .It was working quiet good for months but all of a sudden it stopped printing or plotting giving spoolsv.exe error . I found in some microsoft related forums that removing printer, plotter drivers and reinstalling found ok by doing the same. After few weeks it started giving the same problem so I reloaded the drivers and found ok for printers but while plotting through auto cad 2007 it is saying job completed but no plot is coming.I loaded Autocad 2009 also same problem. I reinstalled the plotter for autocad 2007 and auocad 2009 through plotter configurations also .But still the same problem. I changed the profiles also and checked found the same problem existing. Please help me to solve this issue! N.B: I loaded the latest drivers for KIP3100 Thanks & Regards S.Swaminathan Quote
ReMark Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 It still sounds like a driver problem. Your driver may be stored in a bad sector of your drive and keeps getting corrupted. The other possibility is you have a problem with your printer port itself or the cable. Quote
SLW210 Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Did you start running a registry cleaner recently? I know if you google "spoolsv.exe error" there are plenty of results, I will not go through all of them. Quote
