Change 2d lines to 3d using points or blocks above the endpoints

hi

is there a lisp, that can change a selection of 2d lines (height=0) to 3d (different start and endpoint heights) with the usage of 3d points or 3d blocks on the ends?

i have a lot of 3d points, but they are connected with 2d lines on level 0.

when i use 3DOrbit it looks awful - it's much better, if the lines are on the correct height. not to mention, that i could calculate volume more accurately.

looking forward to your answers,

thx in advance!
