Import Palette groups via lisp

Does anyone have a lisp routine, or are willing to provide the basic building blocks so I can construct my own routine to import a XPG file. At my office, we have our own custom tool palettes, but I still want to allow access to the default AutoCAD ones, however it places our palettes at the bottom of the list. I want to import the group, and set it current, via our initial startup lisp (runs only after AutoCAD has been installed).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
