eyde Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 OK I am having a little problem here. I work with Dynamic rebar blocks every day and usually there are quite a few different types and quantities ( U-Bars, L-Bars, Straight-Bars & Bent- Bars) the dynamic bars work great and I use data extraction to get a table for my overall lengths and weights. There are two attributes one is the type of bar and the other is the number assigned to that particular bar or bars (MK#). The trouble comes in when I am tagging them to correspond to the Rebar Table. I use a Mleader balloon and attach this to the bar that I want to label, and then I double click to get the attribute for the MK# on the line I use the field command and select the rebar I want then go down and select the MK# from the list of object properties, this all works fine but there are just too many clicks. I would like to be able to just select the bar and it will add the mleader and MK# and keep repeating itself until I am finished selecting all the bars. I do not know how to write lisp (have been meaning to for years but the days and years just go by and I never seem to spend the time to learn, my bad). I tried to write a macro but can’t figure out how to keep the field dialog box from coming up. I have changed the FILEDIA to 0 but the dialog box still comes up. Does anyone have any suggestions?
