Making AutoCAD 2012 use more icons?

I just downloaded AutoCAD lite 2012 to demo it. Right now all the menus are pretty big and you need to hover over them to see even more big buttons like the "line" command.

Is there a way to get it to view differently, more like the guys screen on the tutorial link here:

I like the option of seeing all of those buttons on the screen at once.

Sounds like you want the "Classic Workspace". If you don't know how to switch workspaces, click on the big red "A" in the upper left corner and type "workspace" in the search box.
