pefi Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 I just felt in love with dynamic blocks (side efect of migration 2005 -> 2011 ) See attached 1-cyl-engine.dwg Any other weird ideas how to use them? Quote
SLW210 Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Nice work! Does that serve an actual purpose for you or did you just do it to do it? Quote
tzframpton Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Here's one of my own. Nice viewport tag with some nifty functions. Tag.dwg Quote
qball Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 I use the visibility states a lot for steel shapes. So all the different W10X_ beams are in one block. Or decking I have two visibilities for parallel to the deck , one for 1/4" scale sections and one for details, both of which share an array action. And another visibility for perpendicular to deck with stretch action. dynamic blocks are uber fun! Quote
pefi Posted May 6, 2011 Author Posted May 6, 2011 Nice work!Does that serve an actual purpose for you or did you just do it to do it? Thanks! Just for fun - my first dynamic block. It's not very "clean" if you checked the internals, but it was fun to make it Quote
pefi Posted May 6, 2011 Author Posted May 6, 2011 Here's one of my own. Nice viewport tag with some nifty functions. Nico one! Is it normal that I have to actually edit it to be able to change scale? I should show it to our civil guys - they could learn something  Quote
