ILoveMadoka Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 (edited) I'm weaning myself off of Adobe's PDFMaker and learning how to publish. I've got everything working but I'm prompted at an Adobe prompt (Save PDF File As...) for every sheet which is overwhelming when I have multiple drawings with multiple sheets. I don't know how (or if it is possible) to make it just save to the default name and continue onto the next one. Help please! thx Edited July 5, 2011 by ILoveMadoka rev Quote
DANIEL Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 there is a way, unfortunately it's been so long since I set mine uip to do so that I've forgotten how I did it, I do know that it was within my pdf writer settings Quote
emwhite Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 You should be able to use the built-in DWG to PDF.pc3 file . I can't recall if it is in v2009 or not thought. It will print everything to one PDF for you! Or use the free PDFCreator. When it prompts you to save, press Wait. Then when they are all printed, use the Combine feature and only write one PDF file.
