ARX_ERROR: eNotThatKindOfClass

Has anyone had this problem and what does it mean?

If you check the Similar Threads shown below you'll see that this question has been asked and answered many times.

I see that works for 2006 version, I am using an older version of 2i (R14). Could I still use that fix? Thank you for your response and getting me headed in the right direction.

I'm not 100% sure but I think so. I'd have to investigate it myself.

Who sent you the drawing that you're having the problem with?

LOL! I know, just no money to update. An engineering firm sent it to me. Not sure what version they are on, but could find out if that would help.

You should just need to go to the Autodesk site and get the latest OE for your version. LINK

I tried to upload the Service pac 2 and it errored on me "Error 114: The AutoCAD 2000i update was not applied".

I don't believe that the service pack for AutoCAD 2000i was applicable to LDD 2000i.

Yikes! The link was for the German version. I removed it. Sorry.

That is the DACH you linked, ReMark. In the link I provided Autodesk Land Desktop 3 Object Enabler is the one I think.

You may have to upgrade if none of that works, that is all I can find for LDD.

In trying that, there was a conflict with an earlier version. The version I have on my machine is AEC ObjectDBX.
