Good books/guide for learning electrical?

Hey guys. I'm back and finally out of college. While in college I can say I learned a few things. But like every college experience, the professors didn't seem to know a whole lot about what they where teaching.

I would like to get into the electrical field as far as designing the electrical layout of, lets say commercial buildings or any big time project.

So I was wondering if anyone could refer some books/pocket guides for electrical that I could learn from?
