layerstate

Making a new layerstate for the first time. Under Layer State Manager I click NEW, give it a name and click SAVE and the program (command line) appears to do nothing, command line remains blank until I close layer manager.

Any advice?

What are you expecting it to do?

It should not really do anything other than save the current layer state.

I name the layer state MODEL and click save. As mentioned above the command line remains blank and I can do nothing until I close layer manager. Once I close layer manager and open the layer state amnager again the NEW layer state I tried to ceate is not in the list.

Just figured it out......I need to click OK in the Layer Manager, too.

Sorry, I missed the fact that you were in the layer manager.

I thought you were in the Layer State Manager only (Command: ._LayerState)
