So i have done a small animation for a client which was about 1 min 30 secs. Which at 30 frames per second equals about 2000 frames. So i had it all done through a render farm. So now i have 2000 jpegs, and need them put together to make a video file. What programs can i use?

For a free alternative, you could try Windows Movie Maker.
There are lots of programs available though. Some free, some cheap and some expensive. Just Google jpg to avi (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=wx1&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&channel=s&biw=1232&bih=845&q=jpg+to+avi&btnG=Search&oq=jpg+to+avi&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&gs_sm=s&gs_upl=66513l66513l0l67539l1l1l0l0l0l0l190l190l0.1 l1l0) and check the results.
