Tapering a hole?

Not really sure how to approach this, but I want to make semi conical shaped hole that has a circle of 0.358 inches that tapers up to 0.457086614 inches in a length of 1.497 inches.

How can I do this?

A Revolve Cut should work well here:

Or you could use lofted cut... sketch your two profiles and then loft cut. Although revolve cut will probably be easier. There are usually many ways to do one thing in cad... :)
