Moving Text from Dimension Line Problem

One of my dimension scales doesn't draw a line back to the dimension when I move the number away from the dimension line. All my other dimensions do it. I keep looking for the setting that must be changed but I cannot find it. Anyone know what setting creates a line from the dimension number back to the center of the dimension line if you pull the dimension number away from the line?

Which tab is it under (If I may ask)? I cannot find it for the life of me...

Look under Fit and then Text Movement.

click on your dimension, hover over the node below your dim text, explore the options.
