DANIEL Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 How do I prevent this from popping up, more specifically, how do I keep it from popping up during a publish? Tis most annoying! Quote

DANIEL Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 Thanks Styk, it must be a Monday as I almost always go to the help first, I blame this lack of personal problem solving on my lack of coffee lol. Quote
tzframpton Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Lol, no worries mang. That's what this site is for!! Sometimes I'd rather have a response from an individual than searching the lonely Help file. Sometimes linking the Help file gives a better and easier answer though. Quote
DANIEL Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 That's very true, especially if your not sure what your looking for. Thanks again. Quote
Squirltech Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Learn something everyday. I didn't know this could be turned off. Thanks fellas. Quote

The purpose is just to notify the user that "new" layers are in the drawing and are you sure you want to plot them. In my case, I ALWAYS want to plot them so there is no need to be notified of "new" layers. Just my $ .02. Quote
DANIEL Posted October 18, 2011 Author Posted October 18, 2011 yes, as squirltech said, and it slows down your productivity and when you batch plotting having to click on that every time is, well, unacceptible lol. Quote
sparkyuk Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Well i have only ever got that message "unrecociled layers" when opening a drawing not while plotting, so I i wasnt aware that "The purpose is just to notify the user that "new" layers are in the drawing" , so are the unrecociled layers something you have created why making your drawing then ? sparkyuk Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Right so if you were to recociled a unrecociled layer and then saved the drawing, it would still come back each time you publish it then ?, I do not publish only print so this is all new to me Danial Quote
DANIEL Posted October 18, 2011 Author Posted October 18, 2011 it's no problem sparky, the thing for me at least is that I'm not the only one working on drawings nor do i always have time to open up a bunch of drawings and re save them just because an xreference got a new layer. Quote
