Exporting Civil 3D Dynamic Tables

I'm trying to take the data tables created automatically from civil objects (such as alignments, parcels, points, etc.) and bring them into Excel or even a .csv file. I know there is the Data Extraction and Table Export, but neither of these take the information out of the table. And just to cover my bases, cut and paste doesn't work either.

I've attached a basic 2011 Civil 3d file for reference.

Any suggestions would be apperciated.
