REFEDIT and TORIENT

I have several drawings each with multiple blocks that contain text nested several levels down. Unfortunately, TORIENT doesn't work on nested blocks.

 

I've seen several LISPs that will automatically BEDIT all available blocks within the drawing and change all entity colors or layers.

 

Would it be possible for a LISP to REFEDIT (to keep the orientation of the block relative to the UCS) and run the TORIENT command?
