lamensterms Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Hey guys, im a little puzzled about this one - it seems i cannot access the PLOTTERMANAGER with the version of autoCAD i am running. Ive tried the 3 methods listed in help - and all 3 methods just take me to an explorer window where the .PC3 files are stored. I would like to access PLOTTERMANAGER to create a new PC3 file. Is this normal behaviour? any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers. Quote

You click on one of the .pc3 files, go to the Device and Document Settings tab, change or add what you need, then either save or save as. Quote
SLW210 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I moved this thread to AutoCAD Drawing Management & Output forum. Quote
christillis Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Dana's right, you should be able to right click, properties to change, likewise you're also able to 'copy and paste' them and then modify the copy as you prefer. Do get back if that resolves your problem. Quote
lamensterms Posted December 11, 2011 Author Posted December 11, 2011 Thanks for the help guys. My problem was that i didnt understand that the manager was simply an explorer window. I was a little confused, but then i found the 'create PC3' wizard, so hopefully now i can sort out another issue with printing. Perhaps ill start a new thread for a different problem. thanks again.
