robbt Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 I started working with lisp programing back in AutoCad r14. Did not have any vl- commands then. Or at least it was not in any books I have. Can any one help me on a discription of what these are. Or point me to a good book for help. I am now using AC2006. Quote
Lee Mac Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 In my opinion, the best reference is the Visual LISP IDE Developer Documentation. This can be access through the Visual LISP IDE (VLIDE) supplied with AutoCAD. For help on how to use the VLIDE, and how to access the help see: Introduction to the VLIDE Retrieving Information about a Function Debugging code with the VLIDE A Shortcut to Localising Variables using the VLIDE Also, from AfraLISP: Visual LISP Quote
