pvd Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Hi all, In Autocad there are these parameters you can set, like HPDRAWORDER, HPNAME,..etc. Every time I open my autocad (2012), these values are set to default again. How do I manage to keep these variables registered so i don't need to change them every time I start up? Thanks in advance! Quote
JD Mather Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Some variables (I didn't check those) can be saved in your template. Do you have custom templates set up? Quote
pvd Posted January 20, 2012 Author Posted January 20, 2012 We have custom templates yes. But can't this be saved in Autocad itsself so it doesn't depend on the drawing you're working in? Quote
SLW210 Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Some can and some can't. You can set many of them in the acaddoc.lsp or acad.lsp to be set the way you like upon opening a drawing. Quote
