KnoJa31 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 hello, I have not been on here in a while. Did a search but came up empty...sort of! what i have is a section cut that my Mechanical guys use. What i am trying to do is create a dynamic block using the rotate parameter. Currently i have two rotate parameters. One to rotate the section cut lines around one bit of text. The second parameter is to rotate another bit of text, but this is also selected in the first parameter. It is almost working... with the exception that when i use the main rotate grip everything rotates around the text i want it to, but the second bit of text rotates 180° the opposite direction. I have attached a copy of the file. Please let me know if there is a better way of doing this. Quote
SLW210 Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 I used a Dimension for the text, set for Horizontal and turned off ext and dim lines and None for arrows with a text override. Is this what you want, it will need some clean up maybe as I just stuck the text in there, you may want to line it up a little better. SECTION CUT SLW.dwg Quote
