how to change coordinates of an object in AutoCAD 2009?

Hello Ladies & Gentleman's.

could anybody please help me how to change coordinates of an objects in autocad 2009? for example i have a drawing and i don't want to move the drawing, instead i select single object and make zero positions (X,Y,Z) for this object default.

yah exactly, any help? i'm doing it like moving the drawing to that location.. 0,0,0 everytime and i know there must be a way to change location of current drawings.. thanks

It sounds as if you could set up a UCS based on your object.

like Eldon UCS OB pick object PLAN done, when finished UCS W PLAN a word of caution make sure object does not have 3d values as this will twist the UCS also.

The OB option does not appear when you type UCS
