Profile band showing parcel names

Is there a way to create a profile band that would show parcel names and possibly the length of the parcel stretch that a proposed pipeline alignment is going through. There are software packages that do that such as BlueSky etc., but I'm hoping that Civil 3D has the ability to do this task. Any comments or suggestions would be really appreciated.
