This model in 2010

Here are 2 blocks, "1_profiel" and "2_profielen"

The block "2_profielen" works in the Block Editor, how can this model work

The intention is to use the solution in a block where I'm working on.

A lookup table is not usable because verschllende Constraint parameters

Does anyone have a solution or an example?
