select block or rectangle to create namedview

Hello,

is there a lisp that make it possible to select a rectangle or a dynamicblock(rectangle) with an attribute to create a namedview. Set the namedview bij selecting and give in a name for it. if it is possible to use the dynamic-block "NV" it would be super to store the name from that named-view into the attribute "NAMEDVIEW".

Can this be done by lisp?.
