Generale notes

Hi,

I would like to know if someone has a better way of working with generale note.

I work for a tower crane companie and i always have to change the height of the crane and also the radius of it so basicly each time they change I have to retype them. I also have then the radius and the height to change. for exemple the reaction of the tower and the weight they can carry.

So I was wondering if someone would have idea's of what I would to do save some time.

All ideas are welcome

Otherwise, it would be relatively easy to create a small app that could read standard notes from a text file and allow the user to select a note to insert and just pick a point to place it in the drawing.

Well i have looked at it. It looks a little like what i would need. ill attache a dwg of my generale notes. Might give a better picture of my situation.

I also have a excel book with all the information needed.
