addesigns Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I am still not sure about the CUI. I created new commands to put in a pull down menu. I created these in the cui in the "customize" tab in the CUI I created. How am i supposed to make it so that when I load a partial CUI file it actually shows up? I have had to go to the transfer tab every time and move the pulldown menus from the CUI's I have created and drag and drop them into the Main CUI file. I feel this is wrong, and can NOT figure out what I need to do to make it actually come in as a partial. Please Help Quote
nestly Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I think you're probably missing the "Customize" button, which enables you to Check/Uncheck what gets loaded. See if this video helps Quote
addesigns Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 I bet you are right. Im gonna check quick. I always forget about that Quote
addesigns Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 Actually, how many pulldown menus can you have? I have a "Custom" (that is the name) with the electrical stuff I use. Right now I have 19 diff pulldowns. Is there a limit? Quote
nestly Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 There used to be limit that could be stored in the mnu files, but more could be loaded via a startup lisp.... I don't know if there is a limit in the CUI.... guess you'll find out Quote
addesigns Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 There is a limit. I unloaded my custom one, and the missing ones showed up Quote
BIGAL Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Wow 19 Menus ! Are using sub menus in your main menus this way you can reduce the menu bar and open relevant group of information the sub menus can be more than one level deep. -> Quote
