Challenge with LTSCALE and differently dashed lines

My drawing uses a certain dashed linetype. I have an x-ref which also has a dashed linetype. The x-ref needs LTSCALE to be at 0.01 in order to appear dashed, while my own lines appear correctly with an LTSCALE value of 1.00. Since changing the linetype of one or the other is way too big a job, I was wondering what else can be done to make them both appear correctly?

Couple of thing to check.

1. Use the linetype manager ( command LINETYPE) to check the global scale factor is set the same.

2. Check the Annotation Scale is the same in both drawing.

3. Check the units ( command UNITS) are both the same.
