Import IGES file from Solidworks

Hello dears, I am trying to import an IGES file made in solidworks, I was able to import IGES till yesterday by clicking the IGES button on the ribbon in insert tab but today the dialogue box is not popping and I dont know how to do it using command line, I have used Filedia1 but the other dialogue boxes are ok but just the IGES simply quit working, pl help how to turn this dialogue box on again, appreciate your help, thanks
