Dadgad
I think you are trying to adjust the text height in your dimension style? If so follow the clues circled in red on the attachment. I have started this exercise from the DIMENSION toolbar, you could do the same from the RIBBON, or the commandline. netman
I would like to make specific changes to the DIMSTYLE and have them stay that way. I start off with a Template I made called Net Draw Start. It has all of the colors, layers, line types, etc that I use in drawing nets and marine gear. I'd like to make a permanent DIMSTYLE for this template. I can start off any drawing by modifying the current style, but when I close and save, the DIMSTYLE reverts back to the one AutoCAD 2012 started with... STANDARD. I listed my 'new' style under the box that names the styles, but it still reverts back AFTER I close out and reopen. Operator Error for sure........I am missing something in my proceedure . Suggestions? Thank you again.
ReMark
Did you make your custom style "Current"?
