Need LISP to Lengthen ARC with grip

I'm looking for a lisp which help to extend arc with its end grips... like stretch command but with same radius..

This behaviour is already available in AutoCAD 2010 (which your profile states you are using), using the triangular grips at the endpoints of the arc.
