Ribbon Question

I am trying to get my Section Panel to appear in my ribbon, for some reason I'm not getting it to move at all. It is curnently located in the Contetual ribbion panel, whatever that is. Pleasse help!!

Mechanical focuses more on 2D. the Section Planel is a 3D command. This command may not work in ACADMPP profile. Try to switch to VANILLA profile from Option dialog box -->Profile Tab. The Section Panel command is in 3D Modeling workspace -->Home Tab and should be working there.
