Block Autolisp

Hi,

I am looking for an autolisp that can easily add entities like blocks, lines and other cad elements to an existing block on the fly. I am currently using Refedit and I have many blocks to which I must add the centre point which is another block.

Is there an Autolisp somewhere that can do such job?
