Mask Text Overlapped by Hatch?

Didn't find anything in a search, does anybody have a way to do this automatically?

I would simply like to mask all text items individually that are touching a hatch. We have hundreds of drawings to do this in, which is taking a long time manually.

Those require selecting text first, which is the biggest part of the problem (unless you have map version which allows selections by location).

Also, those are converting to mtext, which we cannot do (our client would reject the drawings).

Well try a search on "text"+"mask"+"lisp" and see what comes up. You never know.
