SheetSet List and View Port Scale (HELP)

Hello everyone, i have a set of lets say 40 drawings i want to insert a sheetset list / table that basically show the number, name, and title of each drawing withought having me to manually do it. I can get that part done throught inserting feilds, however, i can't insert the viewport scale of other drawings. Is there a way i can insert the viewport scale of other drawings into the sheetset list which is shown on the very first drawing.

Can please someone help.
