Grigs Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 Has anybody seen where the paste on the mouse right click menu is greyed out? A few of our people seem to be experiencing this issue. Is it maybe a system variable I am missing? Both are on Win 7 Pro 64 and AutoCAD 2013 64bit. Quote
SLW210 Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 I take it there is actually something on the clipboard. I know this has been a glitch with AutoCAD for a while now. I Ctrl+V to paste to avoid that, but seems after a Ctrl+V paste options are available in right-click menu. Quote
Grigs Posted July 27, 2012 Author Posted July 27, 2012 I know where you are going with this. And yes, there is something in the clipboard. If I use the CRTL+V on the keyboard, the objects get inserted. But they want to use the mouse right click. Stubborn people I guess. Maybe it's something in the DWG itself? I'm at a loss. Quote
SLW210 Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 I've seen this since AutoCAD 2000i, seems intermittent. Maybe contact Autodesk support. Quote
BIGAL Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 We use "Edit" paste to original co-ords as this has not worked in 2011 2012 & 2013, Paste does work sometimes Quote
Dadgad Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 We use "Edit" paste to original co-ords as this has not worked in 2011 2012 & 2013, Paste does work sometimes Paste to original coordinates is the one which is occasionally greyed out for me. I like that workaround though, never thought of that, thanks BIGAL. Quote
