Annotative Multileader Issues

I am running into issues with annotative multileaders. I created a mutlileader style and select annotate with a text sizes of 0.10. I set my drawing scale to 1:20, add my annotated multileaders, create a view port with 1:20 scale, and all is happy. When I change the scale of the view port to 1:10 my multileader text goes to 0.20. When I change the annotative scale to 1:10 in the viewport property box, the text disappears. I thought the text would scale itself to the view port scale/annotative scale. Where am I going wrong?

Solved. Have to select Annotext and load additional scales. Added scales need to match viewport scales.
