Annotative block

Hi

I am trying to make a grid bubble annotative so that when I scale the drawing up or down the bubble will stay the same size.

I am having some problems where its doing the opposite.

I don't really get what you are trying to do here.

are you working in model space? and trying to scale the drawing up and retain the bubble in same scale?
