glee007311 Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 I've had this problem for a while now but am just now getting frustrated to the point where I think it needs to be addressed. In certain drawings, when I copy/paste between tabs I'll have my pasted item insert rotated and at an odd location. Any thoughts? Quote
MSasu Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Please check the have the same or at least parallel UCS in source, respectively target layouts. When do the copy to Clipboard operation I suggest you to try the Copy with base point (COPYBASE) command instead regular one ( + C). This will give you better control over insertion point. Quote
PotGuy Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 A shortcut for this is Shift + Ctrl + Insertion Point. Then Shift+Ctrl+Insertion Point for block paste (Or just Ctrl + Insertion Point for regular Paste) Quote
the downing effect Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 I use copybase alot, usually it's the ucs that throws me off as well. so I set them both to world first Quote
