ReMark Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 I think that most of these types of programs will leave the user disappointed but it depends on whether or not the converted file is going to be edited using AutoCAD. I think there are a couple of programs that are reputed to be pretty good but I can't recall their names offhand at the moment. I'm sure we'll hear from other forum members on the topic so you'll just have to be patient and wait for an answer. Quote
Murph_map Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 The best one I know of is called an "intern or summer help". With the holiday season about here you may be able to find an engineer student on break that needs some extra money. Quote
SLW210 Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Are they vector PDFs or Graphics PDFs? I use VectPDF on vector PDFs, does satisfactory and Text becomes Text not lines. It is a LISP that uses PStoEdit and Ghostscript, I previously used GSVIEW and PStoEdit, This is a LOT easier and slightly better (and FREE). Quote
ReMark Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 For whatever reason I bookmarked this one based on a recommendation I read here but I haven't used it. http://www.trixsystems.com/pdfFLY.html Quote
